Documents Required for UG Admission – VSK University

The following is a comprehensive list of documents required for admission into undergraduate (UG) courses under Vijayanagara Sri Krishnadevaraya University (VSK University). The requirements are categorized for students from Karnataka and non-Karnataka regions.

Common Documents for All UG Applicants
( Karnataka & Non-Karnataka )

– SSLC / 10th Marks Card (for proof of Date of Birth)
– PUC / 12th Marks Card (or equivalent qualification)
– Transfer Certificate (TC) from the last attended institution
– Conduct Certificate from the previous institution
– Recent Passport Size Photographs (4–6 copies)
– Aadhar Card Copy
– Parent’s/Guardian’s ID Proof (for emergency contact record)

Additional Documents for Karnataka Students

– Caste Certificate (SC/ST/OBC – if applicable)
– Income Certificate (for fee concession or reservation benefits)
– Kalyana Karnataka (371J) Certificate (if applicable)
– Domicile/Residence Certificate (if required by the college)
– Kannada Medium Certificate (for applicable reservations)

Additional Documents for Non-Karnataka Students

– Migration Certificate (compulsory for all non-Karnataka students)
– Eligibility Certificate from VSK University (to be applied through the college)
– Caste and Income Certificates (only if applying under Central Government or All India quota)
– Passport and Visa Copy (for foreign/NRI students, if applicable)

  1. All applicants must submit original documents along with 2–3 sets of attested photocopies at the time of admission.
  2. Original Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, and Eligibility Certificate (if applicable) will be retained by the college.
  3. Attestation should be done by a Gazetted Officer or the Principal of the last attended institution.
